Darren Law Architecture will visit your property and take the necessary measurements to produce drawings as existing on a CAD package with plans, elevations and sections as required.

If your project requires a topographical survey this can be outsourced to specialists and Darren Law Architecture can advise you on this and obtain quotations on your behalf.

Darren Law Architecture can provide sketch proposals alongside feasibility studies if required or just for pure inspiration to help you with your project, At this time we can also advise you of any other consultants you may require to assist you with your project.

pre-planning consultations

Recently it has been more advantageous to consult with the planning department prior to submitting a planning application getting all the negotiations out of the way before submitting and establishing what further information the Planners require to support the application, hopefully avoiding a refusal.

After the pre-planning consultation a planning application can be formulated either direct with Darren Law Architecture or on certain complex projects in-conjunction with a planning consultant. Upon receiving Planning Permission we can assist you in discharging any planning conditions.

building regulations application

Darren Law Architecture can prepare and submit a full plans building regulations package to the local authority and liase with any other consultants that may also require to provide information to support the application.

tender packages

We can prepare packages to enable you to obtain meaningful quotations from contractors whether this be only by drawings or by using the NBS or liasing with an appointed Quantity Surveyors.

working drawings

Darren Law Architecture can provide full working drawing packages supported with schedules giving full construction details to assist your chosen contractor.

contract administration

It is always advisable, on a building project to enter into a written agreement with your building contractor. We can advise you on this and, if required administer the contract.
